I found a tattoo artist from the area tagged in the photograph. WHAT’S AWFUL: Bad line work, bad ‘design’, bad technique. HOW IT CAN BE FIXED: A cover-up by a reputable tattoo artist or removal. HAHAHAHAHAHA THAT’S THE BEST TATTOO EVER FUCK HAHAHAHA lollll
